Boily for Commerce
Shoppers now ask AI assistants what to buy. Is your product in the answer?
Boily asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask — the same questions, every two weeks, for each product you choose. Where the answers miss you, Boily improves the product page automatically and shows you whether it moved.

The shift
Product discovery is moving into AI answers
“Which fragrance-free toner works for sensitive skin?” “A carry-on under 2 kg that fits overhead bins?” More shoppers type questions like these into an AI assistant instead of a search box, and they get a short list of products back — not ten blue links.
Most merchants can't tell whether their products make that list. Search rankings and ad dashboards don't show it, and asking an assistant once by hand tells you little, because answers vary from day to day.
No visibility
There's no console that tells you how often an assistant recommends your product, or which competitor it names instead.
Pages written for people, not models
Key facts sit in images or long paragraphs. Assistants and their crawlers often can't find the answer to the exact question a buyer asked.
No way to tell what worked
Without a fixed yardstick, it's impossible to say whether a change to a page made any difference.
How it works
Measure, improve, measure again
Everything below runs automatically once you've picked your products. No agency hours, no manual audits.
- 1
Pick products
Choose the products that matter inside your store's app. Each product and language is tracked on its own.
- 2
Freeze the buyer questions
We write the questions real shoppers ask for that product's category and needs, then freeze them. Every round asks the same set, so rounds can be compared.
- 3
Ask four assistants every two weeks
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer the frozen questions on a fixed schedule. We record whether your product appears, where it ranks and which sources are cited.
- 4
Improve the page automatically
Where the answers missed you, Boily publishes a direct answer, an FAQ built from the missed questions, a spec list and structured data on the product page — server-rendered so crawlers can read it.
- 5
Keep feeds in shape
Boily hosts product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center (plus an OpenAI-format feed), enriched with the same facts.
- 6
Track AI referrals, get the trend by email
A lightweight tracker counts visits and orders that arrive from AI assistants. After each round you get an email report with the trend.
What changes on the product page
Direct answer
A short, fact-first summary near the top: brand, category and the two or three facts assistants look for.
FAQ from missed questions
The exact buyer questions you didn't show up for, answered from your own product data. If the data can't support an answer, we leave the question out.
Specs
A clean specification list built from your attributes and description — never invented.
Structured data
Enriches the Product data your store already outputs instead of adding a duplicate, and links your brand's confirmed official profiles.
Built on the Boily engine
The same measurement engine Boily runs for clinics in Korea — frozen questions, pinned models, a rank-weighted score — adapted to product pages.
What's different
Per-product measurement, automatic fixes, a trend you can check
A fixed yardstick per product
Questions and models are frozen per product and language. Failed calls stay in the denominator. A rise in the chart means the answers changed, not the test.
Fixes, not just a score
Many tools stop at a dashboard. Boily writes the improvements onto the page for you, with a backup of every version and one-click rollback.
A trend, round after round
Every two weeks you see visibility by assistant, the questions you win and lose, what was changed, and AI-referred visits and orders.
We don't promise rankings or sales. AI assistants are run by third parties and their answers change. What we promise is an honest measurement, the same way every time, and automatic work on the parts you can control.

Platforms
Built into the store platform you already use

FAQ
Questions merchants ask
Will my products be recommended more?
We can't promise that, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. AI assistants are run by third parties. Boily measures with a frozen question set so you can see whether things actually move, and improves the parts of the page that are within your control. Results vary by product and category.
Why per product?
Assistants recommend products, not stores. Each product has its own buyer questions, competitors and missing facts, so measurement and fixes are done product by product.
Do you change my theme code or my own description?
No theme edits. On each platform Boily uses the official mechanism — an app extension, a marked block or a plugin hook — and keeps its content separate from yours, so it can be rolled back cleanly.
Is the generated text safe for regulated categories?
Text is grounded in your own product data and passes an automated claims check (for example cosmetics, supplements and health claims under Korean, US and Japanese advertising rules). We never write reviews or ratings. An automated check isn't legal advice, so you can review everything and roll back any change.
What about ChatGPT shopping cards?
Text answers are measured through the assistants' official APIs. Product cards in consumer apps aren't available through those APIs, so where we can measure them we report them as a separate, clearly labelled number — never mixed into the text score.
How soon will I see a change?
The first round sets your baseline. Page improvements are published right after it, and the next round two weeks later is the first comparison. Crawlers and assistants refresh on their own schedules, so give it a few rounds.
Which languages are supported?
Measurement and page improvements run in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Each language you add for a product is a separate billing unit.
What do you collect about my customers?
Nothing that identifies them. The tracker sends page views, add-to-cart and completed orders (order ID, amount, currency, referrer). No names, emails or addresses, and IP addresses are stored only as a hash.
